If end customers access the Openreach webpage looking for fibre availability at their property, they’ll be invited to register for build status updates if they want Openreach to tell them when we’ve built to their property.
Build status messages are triggered based on the same data that Openreach provides to CPs in the deployment and marketing reports as described in the Infrastructure and Deployment Reports process block.
The Openreach digital brand and marketing team are responsible for the Expression of Interest tool and data collected. You can find answers to most questions about availability in the FAQs on our site. As a CP, if there is a specific property you need help with, you can raise a case to the Fibre Availability Enquiries team. Check the Orders> Fibre Availability section of the Ultrafast and Superfast Customer Service Plan, found in the Help & Support section of the Openreach CP portal, for details about raising a case with them.
