Multi-level expedite repair
This option lets you fast-track repairs for a one-off fee. So you can choose to pay for a faster repair, even if the line isn’t covered for this normally. It’s a way of temporarily boosting a line’s service maintenance level.
• Service maintenance level charges at different levels so you don’t pay for a higher level than you need.
• There’s a clear difference between each maintenance option, so customers can see the difference for themselves.
