These charges are for work our engineers do on bigger jobs that isn’t covered under our normal terms of service. So you’ll usually have to pay them for large projects or network-related tasks which you book in advance. The charges can be for national or regional work, and might be for specific time periods.

Smaller projects
If you’re working on smaller-scale customer-owned wiring projects, for example extension wiring, find out how we can help.
• Make sure you get things right first time, and avoid unnecessary delays for your customers.
• You can be more flexible about how you provide or rearrange your services including customer-owned wiring or equipment.
• You’ll have an Openreach team to discuss your requirements with. They can plan, cost and project manage your request from start to finish.
