This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) and Resellers. 

This briefing is to inform CPs about the availability of a copy of the September 2024 LAD file showing how the postcodes of a further 5 exchanges, in addition to the 99 to be exited exchange areas notified within GEN024/24 notification will map to their enduring Openreach Handover Point (OHP) exchanges. For avoidance of doubt this does not replace the formal September 2024 LAD file that Openreach use to determine service availability and normal pricing.

EAD, EAD Rugged, DFA, OSA and OSEA ('Ethernet') orders placed within these 5 exchange areas, to the enduring OHP exchange rather than the closing exchange, from 17/01/25 until 16/01/25 will be entitled to the equivalent pricing as they would be if provisioned to the to be exited exchange (‘Local Access pricing’).
