  • As per the following briefing shared on 05/12  GEN085/22 (openreach.co.uk) the complaint webform has now been de-activated
  • From 2 January 2023 all of the following need to be logged via e-chat
    • All none service impacting complaints
    • Spirit Escalations
    • Requests for additional information on Closed Orders and Faults
