This briefing is to notify CPs that the Local Marketing Pilot Offer is being re-opened for participation from 01 February 2021 to 31 March 2021. The terms and conditions of the offer remain unchanged.

CPs must inform Openreach no later than 31 March 2021, if they wish to participate in the offer. As a reminder, we restate that the main requirements for CPs to benefit from the relevant discounts under the Local Marketing Pilot Offer are (i) having GEA Cablelinks in place or on order in the areas that they select, (ii) a minimum ARPU of £16.28 across the offer term, and (iii) demonstrating that they are carrying out local marketing activities in the selected areas as specified in the contract. These are unchanged compared to the Local Marketing Pilot Offer launch. Full T&Cs are available on request.
