This briefing is to inform CPs that we will be offering Saturday flexible appointments for GEA-FTTC PCP Only provisions at no extra cost. The offer will be applicable where available Saturday appointments are selected between 13/07/2022 and 25/07/2022.

Between 13/07/2022 and 25/07/2022 Openreach will be offering Saturday flexible appointments for the provision of GEA-FTTC PCP Only jobs, as specified below, at no extra cost.

During the period of the offer, where a Saturday flexible appointment is requested for a GEA-FTTC PCP Only install, the Customer Committed Date (CCD) returned in KCI-2 will be for the first available slot, on or after the Saturday, subject to availability, on a first come first served basis. If the CCD is returned for a Saturday flexible slot, the usual £25 fee for that will be waived. Normal connection charges will continue to apply.

Openreach may also utilise the KCI-2 process to return a Saturday CCD for other non-appointed CRD orders when it cannot meet the specific CRD.

Please note that:

•              The ‘PCP Only Install L2C Fulfilment Charge’ that secures a specific am/pm appointment slot will continue to be charged as set out in the Openreach Price List.

•              This does not change how First Available Date Service Level Agreements are calculated. These are still based on a Monday to Friday working week.

•              Applicable orders will not be charged the flexible appointment charge (i.e. they will not be charged then rebated).
