This briefing is to inform CPs that we are extending our special offer, Connect the Unconnected, for six months.

We’re pleased to announce that we are extending our special offer, Connect the Unconnected (“CTU”), until 31 March 2024.

CTU supports CPs in connecting end customers not taking fixed broadband due to financial constraints, by waiving the connection fee for connections that meet our eligibility criteria. Connect the Unconnected was due to expire on 30 September 2023.

Terms of Special Offer Extension

The special offer shall continue on the same terms set out in briefing NGA010/21 with the following change. Following WLR stop sell on 5 September 2023 the products which are eligible for the special offer have been amended to FTTC with MPF (SIM provide only) and SOGEA at 40/10 Mbit/s. WLR connections from 1 October 2023 are no longer eligible for CTU rebates.

How to sign up

• CPs should contact their client partnership manager if they'd like to participate in this special offer.
• CPs can request to participate in the offer at any point during the offer period.
