This briefing is to notify CPs that SOTAP is now fully launched.

The SOTAP product was launched today in line with the 28 days notification (SOTAP001/23) on the 02/11/23, following its successful pilot.

The SOTAP product has been developed to enable PSTN withdrawal.

SOTAP allows the following order journeys:

-           New line provide

-           Start of a stopped line

-           Migrations from other copper products.
