This briefing is to inform CPs we have made a number of small changes to the positioning on the price list of SOTAP Service Maintenance Levels (SMLs) to remove any ambiguity about theirapplicability for the product.

Openreach is advising CPs we have made a number of small amendments to the positioning of SOTAP Service Maintenance Levels (SMLs) to remove any ambiguity about their applicability for the product.

SOTAP SML1 was previously shown as ‘Not applicable’ however this has been amended to “Included in line rental’ to more clearly represent that SOTAP has SML1 in tariff.

Note k, which details how SML Business 2 Plus is billed has been applied against SOTAP, consistent with other products for which SML Business 2 Plus is available. Note k replaces note j that had previously been incorrectly applied (note j applies to WLR).
