This briefing is to inform all PIA CPs that we have identified that each month there is a delay in return of response files for PIA CPs Lead in Submissions, if the report is submitted between the last day of the calendar month and the 4^th of the following month. In such cases, you will not receive your response file until the 5^th or 6^th of the subsequent month.
