This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs). 

This briefing is to inform CPs about a small volume Proof of Concept (PoC). The PoC will test the effectiveness of a new approach to assist in safeguarding vulnerable end customers and critical use case lines during a Copper-to-Copper migration or retermination journey. The start date for this PoC will be 20 December 2024.
