This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume FTTP and are opted into the current FTTP non-visited Direct End Customer Contact journey

This briefing is to inform CPs that Openreach will be testing a tactical process on FTTP non-visited orders an engineer visit to the end customer’s property will be attempted if they let us know in advance that their ONT and/or power cable equipment are missing or faulty.
