This briefing provides two years’ advance notice of a pricing special offer on FTTC/SOGEA 55/10 & 80/20 & Gfast/SOGfast 160/30 for the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Openreach is pleased to announce an extension to the GEA special offer which will come into effect once the current offer comes to an end on 31 August 2025.

The extension will cover the period between 1 September 2025 and 31 March 2026. The GEA, SOGEA, Gfast and SOGfast contract terms and conditions will apply but the special offer is not subject to any Communications Provider commitments.

We have decided to notify prices applicable from 1 September 2025 until 31 March 2026 to ensure our CPs and their customers can continue to benefit from the discounted prices CPs are familiar with under the current GEA special offer.

The discounted prices will be available during the Offer Period on FTTC/SOGEA 55/10 & 80/20 & Gfast/SOGfast 160/30 across Great Britain and Northern Ireland and will not be subject to any commitments from CPs. It will be available to all CPs.

These offer prices are made available on the basis that the Communications Provider will pay the current standard prices for the services in accordance with the terms and conditions for the service for the period concerned. Openreach will, within 30 days of the end of the period, calculate and pay to the Communications Provider a rebate equal to the difference between the standard prices paid by the Communications Provider for the service and for that six monthly cycle and the offer price, with rebates made payable in the October billing month.  Any rebate is subject to the standard terms and conditions for the service.

Eligibility criteria

All CPs (including those who did not sign up to the current GEA special offer) are eligible to take advantage of the pricing in this special offer.

How CPs can take advantage of this special offer

The special offer price announced here will apply automatically, for the duration of the Offer Period.
