This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).
This briefing is for all Resellers who raise DSO and Welfare cases to Openreach via the Reseller Portal. This change applies to all products with the exception of Ethernet.
On 15 February 2025, we implemented a new location for all CPs to raise Welfare and DSO cases. This change was rolled back due to an issue with shared RIDs on 20 February 2025. These issues have now been resolved and will be implemented on 17 May 2025. All resellers will be able to raise a case within a fault order, and we will stand down the current location on the Openreach Portal.
