This briefing is to inform CPs about price changes to Excess Construction Charges and Access Locate products.

In March 2021, Ofcom published the Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review (WFTMR) Final Statement, which sets out pricing regulation applicable to Access Locate products and Excess Construction Charges (ECCs).

In light of these changes, Openreach is announcing price changes to a number of Access Locate products and Excess Construction Charges.  These price changes include price reductions and price increases.  Price reductions will take effect from 01/06/2021 and price increases will take effect from 01/08/2021.
