This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who raise DSO and Welfare cases to Openreach. This change applies to all products, with the exception of Ethernet.
From 15 February 2025, there will be a new location for CPs to raise Welfare and DSO cases. The current location in Openreach Portal will no longer be used and CPs should raise the desired case within the order or fault on HUD.
