This briefing is to inform all CPs about the relaunch of a connection discount offer for EAD 1Gb LA or Standard to incentivise migrations from Ethernet First Mile (EFM) and ISDN30.

Openreach is pleased to announce the relaunch of the following special offer:

The relaunch of the Connection Special Offer for Ethernet First Mile (EFM) Migrations and ISDN30 migrations to EAD 1Gb LA or EAD 1Gb Standard. The offer applies to circuits taken on a 3 year term, for both EAD LA and EAD standard variants*. The offer applies for the period 1 June 2025 – 31 March 2026 and discounts the connection charge to £0.
