This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform CPs that the Connectivity Services Contract text change for EAD, to reflect CCDs of less than 30 working days has been postponed.

The change had been communicated on 22 December 2020 in briefing ETH051/20 and was due to come into effect on 22 March 2021.

We are delaying applying the change until we have had further discussions with a Communication Provider.
