Notes:
1) A Simultaneous Provide is where the service is provided as part of a new copper line provision on either MPF or WLR with the same CCD as a new provision of the GEA FTTC Product. The prices shown here refer to the GEA FTTC element of that provide only.
2) The Expedite charge is payable in addition to the FTTC connection charge. The charge is only raised if the revised Customer Committed Date is met.
3) This is not offered as a discrete product but instead is part of the engineer installation connection variants. It will continue to appear as a zero cost transaction on your bill for information.
4) Hold to Term Charges become due when a Service is ceased before the expiry of any minimum period of service for that Service. The minimum period of service for Fibre to the Cabinet products is 1 month from 12/10/2017. Until this point the minimum period of service was 12 months (unless the GEA-FTTC service had migrated between Communications Providers when a minimum period of service of one month following such migration applied). The rebate on Hold to Term charges set out here was only applicable when the minimum period of service was 12 months and was payable one month in arrears on a Communications Providers total Hold to Term charges payable in the previous month. The percentage was based on data from the Office of National Statistics, Property Transactions report.
5) In addition to the connection charge, an additional Managed Installation Event Charge will apply as defined in the Transaction charges section.
6) The price of the Base Module of Managed Install is included within this charge.
7) The PCP Only Install charge is charged if a specific appointment slot is selected to complete the order. Additional appointment event charges will further apply if a Flexible or Expedited appointment is selected for the PCP Only provision.
8) Cancellation charges are compensatory and not subject to VAT. Upstream Bandwidth, DLM Policy, Remote ID, Downstream Bandwidth, Downstream Data Bandwidth are chargable modifies.
9) Openreach amends its process for billing for products where the annual charge is not divisible by twelve. Openreach will flex the monthly charges by a penny up or down, so that over the course of the year the total price charged is no more than the charge on the price list. The flexing of the monthly charges is shown below.

10) This charge is raised on all valid Broadband Boost orders. The total quarterly charge will be subject to a rebate of 11.7%, paid per quarter. The rebate will be applied against the total quarterly charges, to reflect completed Broadband Boost activities.

12) In the event a modem replacement is required due to customer damage TRC charges will be raised in addition to this equipment charge.
13) Applies to bulk orders for Bandwidth Modify to a higher Bandwidth and DLM Policy Modify. Charged in addition to the standard modify charge per order.
14) From 18 October 2022, Amend charges will also apply in the event of direct end customer contact on behalf of the Communications Provider, where the end customer has requested a change in the required date in direct communication with Openreach.
15) FTTC 40Mbit/s / 2Mbit/s bandwidth was withdrawn from new supply on 24/04/2025.
16) Not in use.
17) This does not apply to bandwidth upgrades to 80/20Mbit/s.
18) The price applies only to the upward modification in bandwidth of existing MPF+FTTC lines to 80/20Mbit/s speed. Any other modification is subject to the published price for Bandwidth Modify charge. CPs will be charged the prevailing Bandwidth Modify price and then rebated on a quarterly basis in line with the customer briefing NGA003/25, found at https://www.openreach.co.uk/cpportal/updates/briefings.
