Notes:
1) Rental is charged monthly in advance and will be rounded up to the nearest penny. Openreach will apportion rental on a daily basis for the initial period if that initial period is less than a month and include such rental charge on the invoice for the first full month.
2) The Expedite charge is payable in addition to the MPF connection charge. The charge is only raised if the revised Customer Committed Date is met.
3) This charge is only raised if the outcome of the standard line test is Right When Tested.
4) If this Module is required customers will also be charged the Base Module price.
5) In response to feedback from our CP customers, Openreach has agreed to amend its process for billing for products that have a charge ceiling set by Ofcom that is not divisible by twelve. Openreach previously advised that it would round up the monthly charges for these services to the nearest whole penny, and rebate customers on a monthly basis six week in arrears (see GEN022/12). Openreach will now flex the monthly charges by a penny up or down, so that over the course of the year the total price charged is no more than the Ofcom charge ceiling. The flexing of the monthly charges is shown below.

13) From 18 October 2022, Amend charges will also apply in the event of direct end customer contact on behalf of the Communications Provider, where the end customer has requested a change in the required date in direct communication with Openreach.
