How to gain access to the Onboarding Portal from the Customer Portal

As an existing customer, to check progress on an existing onboarding request, or to request a new establishment (e.g. a new product, integration, API) you simply need to navigate to the Onboarding Portal. You can do this by logging on to the Openreach Customer Portal and selecting the 'Onboarding Portal' widget within your 'Tools'. See below for a step by step guide.

Step 1

Visit www.openreach.co.uk website.

Click on 'Service Providers'.

You will be redirected to the Customer Portal. On Customer Portal, click on the login icon and enter your credentials

You will be redirected to the Customer Portal dashboard. On the dashboard, click on the link to the request access to other services and tools

You will be redirected to the list of tools page. On this page, search for Onboarding Portal

Click on 'Request access'

Once this has been approved by the dedicated CP admin, the Onboarding Portal will appear in your tools.
