BT Directories / BT Phone Books
The BT Phone Book was closed to new customers from 31st March 2024 with the final physical Phone Books delivered between May 2023 and March 2024. All phone lines which are not Ex-Directory (XD) will continue to receive an entry within the new BT Directory which replaces the BT Phone Books.
The BT Directory is an on demand service. A BT Directory (business and residential A-Z listings in your area) is available to view online as a PDF document at Find and download your A-Z Directory | BT Help and you can order a physical copy Directory Finder - EE Store
All chargeable entries within the previous BT Phone Book distributed until March 2024 will cease by 28th February 2025. The previous price list for chargeable entries within the old BT Phone Book can be found here - BT Price List
