This Special Offer will be subject to the following provisions:
The Special Offer will be applicable to new upgrade Orders for the "EAD Service Applicable Products", which means the products detailed in Table 1 below, placed during the "Special Offer Period" which means from 1st October 2012 to 31st March 2013 inclusive.

This Special Offer entitles a Communications Provider (CP) to a rebate of an amount equating to 50% of the current (at the time Order placed) Connection Charge for each EAD 100Mb to EAD 1Gb upgrade order (see table 1) placed during the Special Offer Period, such rebate to be credited at the end of 12 months from the Operational Effective Date.
Once upgraded the rental charges for the new bandwidth will apply.
Table 2 below shows the applicable upgrade charge per Order:

Notes:
If the CP places an upgrade Order during the Special Offer Period, and then terminates the circuit within the first 12 months following installation, then the CP will not be entitled to the rebates detailed in this Special Offer. The CP may also be liable for termination costs. CPs will need to “opt in” by nominating circuits for this Special Offer on a monthly basis during the Special Offer Period. BT encourages CPs to maintain a log of Orders, including the ONEA reference, that they wish to include during the Special Offer Period to make this process as straightforward as possible. This Special Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of service (Connectivity Services Contract) as amended by this Special Offer.
Pre-existing Orders, and Orders placed during the Special Offer Period but where installation occurs more than 9 months after the end of the Special Offer Period, are excluded from the scope of this Special Offer.
A CP can take a mix of the two offers set out in Sections 8.2.5 and 8.2.6 for the same customer, but only one can apply per circuit eg if the one year 50% connection fee commitment discount is applied to a circuit and the customer subsequently commits to 3 years on the same circuit, looking to the 75% connection fee discount then only a further 25% discount will be applied at the three year term point.
This Special Offer is to remain entirely within the discretion of BT on the basis of any relevant regulatory, legal, technical, financial, commercial or other considerations. BT reserves the right to withdraw or limit the scope of this Special Offer at any time. In particular BT will review the volumes of Orders on a monthly basis and if they become excessive, in the reasonable opinion of BT, then this Special Offer may be withdrawn.
