The Special Offer will be applicable to new Orders for the “EBD Service Applicable Products”, which means the products detailed in the table below, placed during the “Special Offer Period” which means from 2nd July 2012 to 30th June 2013 inclusive.

Notes:
This Special Offer applies to the provision of EBD RO2 1Gb circuits where existing EBD 1 Gb circuits are in place prior to the date of Notification of the Special Offer [2nd April 2012] and where no EBD RO2 circuit currently exists.
The table above shows the Connection Charge applicable to each EBD RO2 Order placed under this Special Offer. The Communications Provider will be required to pay the standard current EBD 1 Gb RO2 Connection Charge as detailed in the Openreach Price List, and BT will then rebate the Communications Provider the difference between that Connection Charge and Connection Charge detailed above. Rental Charges will be due thereafter as detailed in the Openreach Price List. The rebate will be made in the first or second invoice following installation of the new EBD 1 Gb RO2 circuit.
BT may decide to end the Special Offer at any time on 30 calendar days notice if on commercial grounds, in the reasonable opinion of BT, demand is either not high enough or exceeds delivery network capacity. This will be reviewed on a monthly basis.
Orders placed must have been first forecast in the previous 3 months and will be subject to available network capacity in the network. BT reserves the right to refuse Orders if capacity is restricted. All Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
This Special Offer will only apply to Orders placed for installation in the exchange areas and available routes that have spare capacity. Please contact your Sales Relationship Manager for this information.
This Special Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of service (Connectivity Services Contract) as amended by this Special Offer.
Order submission dates should be agreed with your Sales Relationship Manager on a quarterly basis.
All circuits delivered under this Special Offer will have a Minimum Period of 12 months.
This Special Offer is to remain entirely within the discretion of BT on the basis of any relevant regulatory, legal, technical, financial, commercial or other considerations. BT reserves the right to withdraw or limit the scope of this Special Offer at any time.
