This briefing informs NGA CPs they'll have an eChat channel to contact us from 10 July2017 for GEA-FTTC orders

We're pleased to announce that the next eChat service to go live will be the Fibre to the Cabinet Repair Helpdesk from Monday 10 July 2017. The eChat channel will be offered in addition to the current call service.
