This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs) who consume the WLR3 PSTN Premium product and use the Openreach Premium Business Helpdesk.

This briefing is to inform CPs about a change to the process used to raise cases into the Premium Business Helpdesk.

We've published a briefing for CPs to inform that the proforma to raise a case into the Premium Business Helpdesk will be changed to an online based form.
