This briefing is for all LLU, WLR and NGA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing updates CPs on the introduction of the Openreach social media team dealing with distressed customer issues via the @openreachGB twitter channel from 9 October 2017 for CPs who opt into the service.

We would like to update CPs on the introduction of the social media team offering support around distressed customers that make contact via our social media channel from 9 October 2017.
