Openreach has notified changes to its contracts and product documentation to support the launch of the Automatic Compensation Voluntary Code of Practice on 1 April 2019

Openreach has introduced changes to support customers participating in the Automatic Compensation Voluntary Code of Practice, scheme which is effective from 1 April 2019. This includes updates to systems, contracts and product documentation, to cover the automatic compensation requirements to enable Communications Providers to fulfil their obligations under the scheme
