This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to enable Openreach to collate and update existing CPs' nominated contact details for use by Openreach Directors' Service Office (DSO) and Executive Complaints Resolution Team (ECRT).

We've published a briefing informing CPs that we're updating our existing CPs' nominated contact routes and details for the Directors' Service Office and Executive Complaints Resolution Teams to ensure we have effective and consistent communication routes for the Openreach teams to inform and request support on individual CP end customers.
