Nuisance Calls Service


If one of your customers experiences nuisance calls they should report them to you in the first instance. If the problem can't be resolved, you can then refer it to the Nuisance Calls Service, as long as the customer is willing to co-operate. The NCS will then manage it to completion, or to a point where it's determined that no further action is possible, in accordance with the BT Wholesale Access conditions.
