Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) on Demand will mean you will be able to order the Generic Ethernet Access Fibre to the Premises (GEA-FTTP) 330/30Mbps product variant for your customers who are within an Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) exchange area and are served by a Fibre to the Cabinet enabled cabinet.
In response to a FTTP on Demand order we will survey, plan and build the FTTP network to the individual residential or business premise.
This is a good opportunity for end users in Fibre to the Cabinet only areas to experience the speeds capable from Fibre to the Premises.
Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) and Multi-Occupancy Units (MOU)
We recommend that you discuss the property type with the end customer to establish whether their premise is an Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) - i.e. apartment block, or multi occupancy business premise (MOU), prior to the order being raised. Any orders received for MDUs or MOUs (with the exception of The Paintworks and Bath Road Studios in Bristol) will be rejected.
Full terms and conditions will be provided.
