Proactive SLGs

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) form part of our commercial contracts and set out our commitment to provide services to an agreed standard, e.g. within a specified period. Service Level Guarantees (SLGs) make clear the level of compensation you are entitled to should the service not be provided as specified in the SLA, e.g. if delivery of the service was late.
