(b) Where Openreach restores service within 6-hours of the request acceptance the above charge will apply. Where Openreach, due to its error, act or omission, does not restore service within this time the 6-Hour Repair charge will not be raised.

(i) The rebate also applies to faults on WLR Premium lines with SML Business 2 Plus in tariff (included in the line rental) where that fault is not resolved within the applicable SLA
(j) When a CP has ordered Service Maintenance Level Business 2 Plus for its WLR Wholesale Basic assets the billing of the £15.48 annual rental will be as follows: £10.32 will be billed annually in advance and is non-refundable in the event the CP cancels Service Maintenance Level Business 2 Plus, the end customer transfers to another CP, or ceases the asset, the remaining £5.16 per year (variance between £15.48 and £10.32) (£0.43 per month) will be billed monthly in advance.
(k) Service Maintenance Level Business 2 Plus is billed annually in advance and is non-refundable in the event the CP cancels Service Maintenance Level Business2Plus, the end customer transfers to another CP, or ceases the asset
