WLR3

Analogue Product Description

You can use WLR3 to build and verify an order while you're talking to a customer on the phone; in other words, to replace uncertainty with certainty.

Find out what to do to become a WLR3 customerhow long it will take before you can start selling the product and what types of line  you’ll be able to sell.

Understand how to place and verify orders and manage them to completion, including the progress reports that are available to keep you informed. Please note that whilst these KCI (Keeping Customers Informed) reports are created in sequence, there may be instances where a KCI experiences a delay and is superseded by the next KCI in the sequence.   When a KCI is superseded, it means that the more up to date KCI is dispatched to the CP before the older KCI has been sent.  There is no loss of information if a KCI is superseded because the KCIs are cumulative - indeed the latest KCI contains the most up to date information. Familiarise yourself with the fault reporting and repair process, based on the maintenance service option  you choose.

Read about the value add features that can make your offer even more attractive in the eyes of your customers, including payphones. See how to assist customers who may only require a very basic telephony service, and what to tell those who get nuisance calls.

Next, find out the best way to deal with customers who fall into arrears with their bills, your options for giving them the directory entry that they ask for, and what call routing options are available to you. Finally, see how you’ll be charged for Openreach services and how to deal with customer complaints.
