Product Establishment Information

Becoming a WLR3 Customer

Whether you're already an existing Openreach customer or new to our portfolio of products, the first thing you need to do to get on board with WLR3 is to contact our Customer Establishment team at customer.establishment@openreach.co.uk.

Our team will guide you through the steps to become a WLR3 customer, including product familiarisation, connecting to our platforms and integrating with our systems.

WLR2 migration to WLR3

If you are a WLR2 customer you'll need to migrate your WLR2 assets to WLR3. It can take up to six months to transition fully to WLR3 so you need to start the process now. Contact us at customer.establishment@openreach.co.uk by 14 August 2010 at the latest to ensure you have time to complete your switchover before WLR2 is removed.

Don't miss out

The Capacity Reservation Process booking system runs on a first come first served basis. The earlier you register the more control you'll have over when you move to WLR3. The longer you wait, the more limited your options become and the more restricted your business will be in terms of product establishment timescales.
