Working with WLR3

Once you’ve become fully established as a WLR3 customer there is additional information that Openreach provides you with to assist you in placing and managing your orders. This includes a list of the EMP Response Codes, as well as details of the EMP Process for when you have outages on your own systems. There are Repair Structured Questions to help guide you through the fault reporting process, and the WLR3 Orchestration Matrix, providing you with guidance regarding order entry, cessations, lead times and other order management scenarios.  Finally there is the Service Level Guarantee form, to be completed in accordance with the Schedule 3 of the Contract for WLR3.

If customers still cannot find the information they are seeking regarding the processing and management of their WLR3 orders they should contact their Customer Business Manager.
