Openreach WES/WEES are high speed, point-to-point data circuits that are permanently connected and available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Wholesale Extension Services (WES) - provides a secure link between an End User’s Site and the CP's network at a CP Site.
The Communications Providers Site may be interpreted to include points of presence which have been leased or rented from a CP other than the contracting party.
WES Aggregation - provides for up to nine separate End User sites to be connected through to a single CP site with the aggregation taking place at a common BT node.
Wholesale End To End Ethernet Service (WEES) – Is a Service for connection between an End User's Site and an End User's Site.

Improved Lead Times
Two sets of trials are currently underway to improve the lead times for BES WES and WEES products. The first trial is taking place in the South West and Central London against Contractual Delivery Date changes, the second is a national rollout of process changes, which now includes most regions in the UK.
