Evolution, not revolution
Openreach has a published Roadmap linked to the evolution of the underlying local access and backhaul networks, and a new requirements process - we remain receptive to customer requests - based on the proven business requirements of our customers.
To view the Roadmap, you must be a registered Portal user and, once logged in to your dashboard, follow the Product Roadmap link. If you are not a registered Portal user, you can request access via this link.
The Roadmap is updated through discussion with Communications Providers via Industry forums. Communications Providers seeking new or changed products from Openreach are strongly encouraged to raise proposals via the Industry forums, details of the relevant forums are available via your Sales & Relationship Manager.
For Openreach contracted Communications Providers, and their nominated Statement of Requirements (SOR) leads, submission of new SORs and progression of them can be seen and managed via the SOR management tool
