The Ethernet Secure area contains information relating to the rollout and availability of Connectivity Services products and ONBS.
Introduction
Only authorised representatives of Communications Providers who are established Openreach Ethernet customers may request access to the Ethernet Secure area by following the steps described below. Click on the "Become a Customer" link above to find out more.

Step 1 - Register with the Openreach Portal
Before access to the Ethernet Secure area can be requested, you must first be an established Ethernet customer and registered with the Openreach Portal. To register with the portal click the 'New User?' link at the top of this page.
If you are already registered with the portal, go to Step 2 below.
Step 2 - Request access to the secure area
Once you have registered with the Openreach Portal, log in using your portal username and password and click on the link below to go to the Ethernet Secure page.
When the Ethernet Secure page appears, you will be presented with either of two options:

Request access - click on the 'Request Access' button. This will send a request to the administrator who will verify your request. If access is granted your Openreach Portal account will be updated to allow you access to the Ethernet Secure area.

Log in - this option will appear if you have not logged on with your Openreach Portal account
Step 3 - Accessing the secure area
Once you have registered with the Openreach Portal and permission has been granted to access the Ethernet Secure area, you can go directly to the Ethernet Secure page. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to log in to the portal to access the page.
