Common Portfolio Products
Common Portfolio Products represent services which are applicable across WLR, LLU and Ethernet product lines. The portfolio of services includes Excess Construction Charges, Time Related Charges and Non-Standard Lines.
Number Portability
This portfolio of services allows the end-user of a number to change their Communications Provider without changing their telephone number.
Order and Fault Tracker
This service provides Communications Providers with the ability to view information about their orders and faults without the need to call the Openreach Service Management Centre (SMC).
Novations and Name Changes
These services are used to assist in the transfer of product contracts between communications providers (transferring customers and assets) and in the change of a company's registered name and address (updating Openreach systems).
MEURAS
Managed End User Re-Appointment Service (MEURAS) is a service where the Openreach service team directly contacts a Communication Provider's (CP's) End User (EU) to re-appoint for the provision of a WLR3 line on behalf of the CP.
