Bulk Transfer
Openreach is committed to working with Communications Providers to facilitate their business needs. The Bulk Transfer service has been designed to assist CPs in moving multiple end users between separate companies, for example for business change scenarios such as mergers and acquisitions. At present, the Bulk Transfer process is only available for WLR2 CPs wishing to move to WLR3.

Bulk Transfer
The Bulk Transfer Customer Guide details the scope and conditions associated with the Bulk Transfer service and should be consulted first. WLR2 Communication Providers wishing to request a Bulk Transfer should complete the Bulk Transfer Requirements Form and send it to their Openreach Sales and Relationship Manager (SRM). Also included below are examples of the other documents that will be needed as part of a Bulk Transfer.
