Response to recent flood warnings

Flood warnings have been issued recently covering the coastlines of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Kent. The alerts are a response to weather and tide patterns being tracked this week by the Environment Agency and the Met Office.
Openreach is currently observing the situation and will work to minimise the impact of any associated flooding on our network.
We are monitoring areas that are currently at risk and will extend this to any surrounding areas that may be placed at risk as the day progresses.
We will update you on this subject as and when more information becomes available. In the meantime, if you have any specific concerns please contact your Customer Business Manager.
