This briefing advises Communications Providers (CPs) that Openreach has updated its policy document (to version 3.0) on TRC and Event Charging which is available to CPs via the Openreach portal.

Openreach has made the TRC and Event Charging policy document available to CPs in both final and mark up versions so that CPs can track the changes made since version 2.1. The mark up version will be visible on the portal for the next three months.

CPs can access the TRC and Event Charging policy document via their dashboard page on the Openreach portal using their pre-authorised log-in details and password. The following link can be used by CPs to access their dashboard, Login to view TRC document, and the document is listed under ‘useful links’.
