Weekly Service Forecast Report

The Openreach Weekly Service Forecast Report provides Communications Providers with the latest weekly service performance and a forecast for the coming week.

The latest report can either be accessed from this page or if preferred, a copy can be requested by email which will be sent automatically each week. The report provides a national overview, brief regional summary and weekly forecast of our current service delivery lead times for switched products.

The results and forecasts detailed in the report represent the time in working days between the date an order or fault is raised and the first available appointment slot/date Openreach is expected to offer. The results and forecasts shown do not represent actual appointments that are accepted by end-users but are a reflection of the current lead times that are available or forecast to be available from Openreach. The lead time forecasts are also subject to the caveats shown below:

  • For those activities which require a field engineering visit only
  • For switched products only (excluding Broadband)
  • Forecasts do not take into account time taken to create fluid order
  • Measured from time fluid order is placed on OSS for field engineering to action
  • Repair forecasts are for all faults
  • Forecasts are best estimate only
  • Forecasts are stated in working days
  • Repair lead times include all faults passed to Openreach
  • Ranges represent the shortest and longest repair and provision lead time book
