Frames Selectable Provisioning Dates (FSPD) indicative price

This briefing provides information regarding the proposed development known as Frames Selectable Provisioning Dates (FSPD) and its associated indicative price.  

As part of the proposal an indicative additional charge of £9 is proposed for SMPF standard provision and MPF stopped line provision where orders are delivered ahead of the product standard lead time.

Total charges will be £43.86 for SMPF (standard provision £34.86 plus £9) and £49.49 for MPF (stopped line provision £40.49 plus £9).

When launched, this product will enable CPs to select a delivery day from a range of dates offered by Openreach using a new dialogue service and in some instances, subject to available resource, dates offered will be less than the standard lead-time.  For example an SMPF provide, with a standard lead-time of 4 days, could be fulfilled on working day 1, 2 or 3 after the order is submitted (Day 0) and in these instances the additional charge will apply.

This product will be available to CPs in addition to the existing Flexible Jumpering and Expedite products.
This product will only be available to CPs using the EMP system.
