Openreach would like to inform all interested CPs that we plan to hold four contract sessions over the coming weeks to discuss the Connectivity Services contract that has been notified.

Openreach would like to invite all interested Ethernet customers to attend four Connectivity Services contract sessions planned for May and June 2008.

The provisional meeting dates and venues are:

1. Wednesday 14th May  10-12am MWB Business Exchange Centre, 107-111 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2AB
2. Thursday 29th May  10-12am  Abbey Business Centre, St Martins House, London EC1A 4EN
3. Thursday 5th June  10-12am  MWB Business Exchange Centre, 107-111 Fleet Street, London EC4A 2AB
4. Friday 20th June  10-12am   Abbey Business Centre, St Martins House, London EC1A 4EN

The contract itself has been based upon ONBS, but has been varied for the new Service.  We will look to amend the main body terms and conditions of the Connectivity Services contract to take account of any changes agreed to the WES/BES main body terms and conditions (to the extent applicable) once those changes have been agreed as part of that WES/BES review activity. In addition, in due course, we plan to introduce the recent SLA Direction changes to the Connectivity Services contract following an initial period where the product beds in and becomes established.
