This briefing relates to a short delay to the introduction of EAD product upgrades 

Openreach announced on 30th October 2009 that EAD product upgrades would be available from 1st February 2010. For reference please see ETH053/09 

The testing of the system changes required to enable these upgrades will take longer than anticipated and as a result the EAD upgrade options will now be available from 26th April 2010. Openreach apologises for the short delay in introducing these facilities and for any inconvenience it may cause.

The planned reductions to the upgrade charges for WES and BES remain unchanged and will become effective from 1st February 2010 as notified.

All changes to existing price pages that are affected are indicated in the ACCN document.
