Openreach confirms details of the Access Locate and Access Locate Plus Contract Review and provides an update on its accommodation portfolio discussions with BT Wholesale 

Following the launch of Access Locate / Access Locate Plus on 4th August 2008, Openreach is pleased to announce:

1. The first Access Locate and Access Locate Plus contract review meeting will be held on Friday, 21st November 2008 1pm – 3.30pm at 203, High Holborn, London, WC1V 7BU. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting and/ or your interest in being involved in this contract review by 07 November 2008 to:

Further documentation will be provided to interested Communications Providers closer to the meeting date; and

2. As explained in Openreach’s briefing GEN73/08  (dated 4th August 2008), Openreach and BT Wholesale have been discussing options for BT’s Netlocate customers now that Openreach has launched Access Locate and Access Locate Plus. Openreach has agreed that it will soon take over from BT Wholesale the responsibilities described in section 7 of the Undertakings. Further announcements on plans for Netlocate will be provided by BT Wholesale.
