Openreach has been playing a critical role in preparing for 21CN while continuing to focus on our normal provision, repair and equivalence commitments.
updated: 16/03/2009Openreach operates as both a customer of 21CN looking to secure the benefits it delivers for our customers and as a supplier, whereby we treat all our customers in an equivalent way. Openreach is and will continue to provide the bedrock upon which the network at the local level functions e.g. Provision, Repair, Frames activity plus Training and Engagement. Our products portfolio will evolve according to our role as a supplier and as a customer, our products. For example, Ethernet backhaul will build upon 21CN infrastructure.

These pages are here to keep Openreach Communications Providers informed about 21CN industry activity.
We will be updating these pages regularly and will also be providing white label collateral for CPs that will ensure you can relay the key benefits of 21CN to both your own employees and to your end customers.
If you have any questions or concerns around 21CN, please contact your Openreach Business Manager in the first instance.
